HEY! MAGAZINE: COULD THIS BE WHAT WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR?

Creating a Christian Magazine with expressive and creative content that documents multi-dimensional realities of the Christian faith, has been off the radar for over Five years running, but with HEY! MAGAZINE, the vacuum just got filled. 

The debut issue of this Magazine was officially released on the 15th of June, 2020; and the reviews about it's content has proven that this compilation is indeed a masterpiece. 

It headlines recent topical issues of great importance, from Word, personalities, reviews, Health, stories, poems and general faith-building contents. 

According to the Editor-in-chief, Isaac Macrock, the Magazine is poised to preach the beautiful message of Salvation in an all-new dimension, and positioned to "take us back to when we first believed". 

He further unveiled that this debut edition is centered on 'The pandemic', with great writers contributing massively to make it awesome. 

Medical Laboratory Scientist, Abigail Edison graced the cover page with a story of hope and resilience. 

Also featured in the Magazine are Gospel sensations, Sinach, Mercy Chinwo, Moses Bliss, Judikay and rising sensation, Ochadu.

Never Join The Queue Of People Who is ashamed to talk about the fact that they're Christians. Never Join Those Who Sit on the fence with one leg in the world and the other in the kingdom.

Apostle Paul and every other disciple was into one business or another but what dominated their lives was the gospel. Beloved if the fact that you are loud about your faith makes them think you are unfit for that job or that person?! Then by all means let it go...  It's their loss! They just lost someone who will come into the job/ relationship with the SPIRIT of Excellence.

No matter how much of a big shot you are or the qualifications to your credit; Let your boasting always be of the LORD.

At the end of the day what will really matter is not the mundane things of this world but the spiritual things people mock us for. 

The world knows we have gold in our hands and they have stone, they'll do all they can to convince us to give it up because misery loves company.

Let all men see you and see JESUS in you is the charge🤝.  Be sold out to  living and preaching CHRIST without apologies. Go on saint, shout on the hilltop and the valley "I Belong to GOD"🙌

ALBUM REVIEW: "THE 'MAN OF GALILEE' IS MORE THAN GOLD"

"According to your knowledge and your will for me, 

What you say you have done, I just need to align... 

Because, you are not a man, that changes your mind... 

Those that know you will trust in you, not in horses and chariot..."

These lyrics ain't just an exploration of words, but a deep sense of what a 'Capable God' can do. 

Now, its un-usual for me starting a review with the lyrical contents off the album; but I had to, because those words are more than epic! 

JUDIKAY came through with a beautiful compilation of Kingdom sounds to worship the 'MAN OF GALILEE'. 

From the earth-quaking strong vocals, breath-taking musical deliveries, impactful lyrical composition, awe-inspiring concepts, spirit-filled messages, the professional production quality, and the all-round passionate approach that was infused in this musical compilation; we can authoritatively say 'Man of God'  is indeed a timely release from a woman of God, that is geared towards re-awakening our spiritual consciousness unto worship.

The 'More than Gold'  crooner brought to bare an expressive musical mindset that surpassed the norm.

This is indeed a feat we just can't ignore, as she pulled-off from the boxed pattern of delivering a gospel track, unto her peculiar concept. 

This could be noticed in her lyrical expressions on 'Capable God', 'Imegi', and 'Alanu' (Featuring Babz Carpenterz).

'MAN OF GALILEE' is more than an album, it is a firm spiritual bridge that spiritually leads a worshipper to the throne room of God Almighty. 

If you walk through this bridge (#ManOfGalileeAlbum), you'll definitely get connected in an all-new dimension. 

'Holy Ghost', 'Song of Angels' (Ndi mo ozi), and 'Fountain'; being the 2nd, 5th and 7th tracks respectively, unveiled to us a dimension of expressive worship that is too deep for words, ineffable.

Produced under the imprint of EeZee Conceptz, 'Man Of Galilee'  is Judikay's 13 tracks debut album, with a bonus remix of her hit single: 'More than Gold' featuring a Kingdom voice and label mate, Mercy Chinwo. 

Twas Released officially last year November 2019,  the still has an obvious functional impact on listeners. 

A deep worship album, timely for this generation.

Designated to go ever-green, the album brought out the beauty in the personality of Jesus Christ for all to see. And trust me, there's an aura wrapped in those intentionally arranged track progression, that re-introduced Jesus to us in a more faith-stirring reality. 

Introducing the compilation with a passionate response of 'Yes Lord', and ending with the remix of 'More than Gold', the album makes punches the right keys on the listeners; A clear call to worship.

HEY! BLUNT

Hey! Dear, 

You know... No matter how revolutionary or modern things may look, the content and authority in the word of God never changes. 

The word can't be modified, customized, diluted to your covienience, or twisted to give you some sort of comfort. 

And read this... Run away from people who wanna make you practice 'CHRISTIANITY WITH CONVEINIENCE, OFF THE STRICTNESS OF THE WORD'; because they'll make you a blinded Christian for life, or even a confused believer who is justified in his/her confusion.

The Bible states, "THOU SHALL NOT STEAL!" 

It is intentional and clear with those words. Nobody should tell you to get involved in it, and thereafter justify by telling you it was just 'Tapping', 'Stealing by tricks', 'gathered through wisdom', 'Intelligent collection', or any other modern names they might be given. 

They're all stealing! Treading mild with the strict content of the scriptures is self-deception. It blind you from the concentrated truth. 

The Bible states, "Don't Lie!". So, don't tell us you were just economical with the truth, or you only told a White, black, blue or orange lie! 

Dear, Don't get yourself deceived. 

This is applicable to other commandments. They goes with strict compliance, not modification that can suit your comfort. 

On HEY! BLUNT, we are concerned about this generation, and we put forth words with strictness and blunt expressions. 

Run away from environments or worship centres that makes you feel comfortable in sin.

ALBUM REVIEW: "'BROKEN RECORD' MOULDS YOU TO A MORE SENSITIVE WORSHIPPER"

Taking a closer look into the gospel music terrain, you'll realize that every song goes ever-green; and Travis Montorius Greene has been at the fore in dishing-out untainted songs we just can't ignore. 

As a phenomenal contemporary gospel artiste of our time, his songs always have a way of captivating the worshipper in you, and it'll have you praising without even realising it... Now, let's talk about his most recent music compilation, 'BROKEN RECORD'. 

From the awesome delivery, spirit-filled lyrical content, well articulated production quality, passionate instrumentations, through the choice of featured artists, and the all-round addictive progression of the tracks, we can evidently say With BROKEN RECORD, we get moulded into a more sensitive worshipper, worshipping with the consciousness of God's presence. 

In this latest musical compilation which I will ascribe to be a 'classic masterpiece', Travis  endears his audience with an awe-inspiring grand-intro with "The Breaker"(God) and His ability to mend and rebuild; which if taken to consideration could be interchanged with The Potter(God), who is spoken of in Isaiah 29:16. 

This however ushered in a well-structured progression that includes 'Great Jehovah', 'Good and Loved', 'Steffany's Prayer', 'Respond', 'All things new', 'No one else', 'Won't let go', 'Perform', and 'Loved by you'. 

He then works his way down to close the curtains with "Broken Vessels" which provokes the need to go back to The Breaker whenever things go wrong.

Specifically, the 8th Track off the #BrokenRecord album is one mind-blowing message that this generation needs to strengthen their faith in the face of heavy challenges and trials. 

Here, the song writer brought his creative abilities and all-round passion into his Lyrical content; and the delivery was more than epic. 

Another major factor that played a part in the success of this album is the fact that the 'Made a way' Crooner let each song give a self-explanation of it's content and messages, by filling the spaces of impact, all pointing to title of the album BROKEN RECORD.

The songs unveiled our nature as humans, being helpless on the spiritual lane and God's ability and love expressed towards us through His son. This is portrayed by the way the songs form a story-pattern from bottom, all intricately crafted from experience and revelation.

I'd just like to conclude by saying most people would tend to see a bias in this review but you can't deny the grace that lives so evidently in his life because, for a man who's been declared dead twice to not be dead, but instead lives to declare the praises of God, he has a message for the world to listen, and that's what he does almost effortlessly. 

HEY! MAGAZINE is inspired with this project, as it adds eternal value to the Christian faith in so many ways. So many thanks to Travis Greene for this one and more of to come.
